Neal Edward passed away on May 14, 2021 at the age of 73, in Deland. His battle with serious medical issues in recent years showed his courage in facing life challenges with a smile. Despite the pain, Neal came out a hero and stayed strong until the end.

He and his buddies would erect radio towers in their yards and always strive to have the best one around. Neal always felt you could never have enough radios. He also enjoyed fishing and could never pass up a good lake, especially once he moved to Florida.
Neal met the love of his life, Diane, and were married for 46 years. It was love at first sight and they had many great times in their life. Together, they had two children: Heather Lange and Chad Lange and six grandchildren. He is also survived by two brothers, Steve Lange, and Scott Lange.
Neal will be honored in a small gathering at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery June 01, 2021 at 11:30am. He was a quiet man and did not want the full military ceremony.
